Frequently Asked Questions
When do you need to be involved in a new build?
Ideally, we're involved before construction begins to review plans and coordinate the underground rough-in. At minimum, we need to complete underground plumbing before the basement floor is poured, and wall rough-in before drywall begins.
Can you provide the plumbing fixtures or should I buy them?
We can supply fixtures from our trusted suppliers, or install fixtures you purchase. If you're buying your own, we can provide specifications to ensure what you select will work with our installation.
Do you handle inspections?
Yes, we schedule required plumbing inspections and ensure work is ready to pass. In Manitoba, plumbing requires inspections at both rough-in and final stages.
